(1) Church & Leadership

At Jubot Mission International, we believe that lasting transformation begins with a strong spiritual foundation in Jesus Christ. Healthy communities are built on healthy churches, and strong churches are led by equipped and faithful leaders.

Through church ministry, church planting, discipleship, leadership training, and outreach, we are committed to strengthening faith and expanding the Kingdom of God across Haiti.

We invest in:

• Local Church Growth – Supporting and strengthening existing churches to become centers of hope in their communities
• Church Planting – Establishing new churches in underserved areas
• Discipleship Programs – Equipping believers to grow in their faith and live out the Gospel daily
• Leadership Development – Training pastors and emerging leaders with biblical and practical tools
• Community Outreach – Reaching the lost and serving communities through evangelism and compassion 

Our goal is not only to grow churches but also to raise Christ-centered leaders who will transform their communities from within—spiritually, socially, and morally.

We believe that when leaders are equipped and disciples are empowered, the impact multiplies—creating a ripple effect of transformation that reaches generations.

(4) Feeding & Nutrition

Many families in Haiti face daily uncertainty when it comes to food. JMI responds with compassion by meeting immediate needs while pointing people to lasting hope in Christ.

Through feeding programs and outreach initiatives, we ensure that vulnerable children and families receive the nourishment they need to survive and thrive.

We invest in:

• Feeding Programs – Providing regular meals to children and families
• Emergency Food Distribution – Responding during crises and natural disasters
• Community Support Initiatives – Assisting the most vulnerable households
• Church-Based Outreach – Serving communities through local church networks
• Compassion-Driven Ministry – Meeting physical needs while sharing spiritual hope

(2) Health & Compassion

Access to healthcare remains a major challenge in many Haitian communities. JMI responds by bringing compassionate, accessible medical care directly to those in need.

Through mobile clinics and community health initiatives, we serve individuals who would otherwise go without treatment—restoring not only health but dignity and hope.

We invest in:

• Mobile Medical Clinics – Delivering care to remote and underserved areas
• Preventive Care & Education – Teaching communities how to protect their health
• Treatment & Medication Support – Providing essential medical services and resources
• Compassionate Care – Serving every patient with dignity, prayer, and love
• Community Health Development – Strengthening long-term health outcomes 

Our goal is to heal the physical and the spiritual by demonstrating the love of Christ through practical care.

(5) Economic Empowerment

Sustainable transformation requires more than aid—it requires opportunity. JMI is committed to empowering individuals and families to move from dependency to self-sufficiency and dignity.

Through economic development initiatives, we equip people with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to build stable and sustainable livelihoods.

We invest in:

• Savings & Solidarity Groups – Encouraging financial discipline and community support
• Small Business Development – Supporting entrepreneurship and income generation
• Vocational Training – Equipping individuals with practical, marketable skills
• Agriculture & Local Production – Strengthening food systems and local economies
• Long-Term Sustainability – Creating pathways for generational stability
